Just had a feast at Merlin's on Welly Road—now under new management! Chicken korma so good it deserves a trophy! Staff were eagle-eyed, and the naan bread? Pure fluffy perfection

Just fabulous, a little different to the usual Indian but just great, food was fab service was lovely and the price was reasonable, will definitely be going again, defo worth a try

I went here last night with my family there were six of us altogether. The food was excellent everyone liked it and considering in our group there was three people who ate meat.. two who were vegetarian and one vegan. The restaurant is beautiful with coloured lights and Indian music. The staff were friendly and very helpful.. Highly recommended

Under new management and newly refurbished, had a really lovely meal. Menu choice is smaller than before, but the food was excellent. It was really well presented and a good price. Staff were very attentive.. even met the chef

Great meal with work colleagues really enjoyed it. Starters are great including the mushrooms. Lamb shank highly recommended. Great service and high quality food. A must try.

We had a lovely time dining with our family! The staff were absolutely amazing so energetic, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Despite the restaurant being busy, they kept us updated about their waiting time, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was impeccable. This has been one of our best dining experiences in recent times, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a fantastic vibe!

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at the newly refurbished Merlin’s Tandoori this evening. The new owners and team were very welcoming and the service was great. We had the poppadom basket to start, then enjoyed a Goan fish curry, Chef Mothers Chicken, mushroom rice, mango coconut naan and onion bhaji. The food was very flavoursome and the spice was true to the spice guide! Thoroughly recommend the Goan fish curry which was stunning. Thank you team.

Under new ownership. Delicious food, different to your usual curry house fare. Everything was fresh and delicious, not greasy at all. Fresh veg. Really impressed with with baked, layered Biriyani. Too full for dessert but the menu looked great. Not a plastic ice-cream penguin in sight!
